There are single-bodied torsion springs and double-bodied torsion springs. Double Torsion Springs should be designed so they are coiled out from the center rather than in from the ends. See figure of double torsion spring design below.

Wire Diameter
We manufacture torsion springs with a wire diameter of 0.008” up to 0.192” (0.20 mm to 4.87 mm).
Material Type
The most common material types for springs are music wire, stainless steel, and hard drawn. We use all types of material. |
